El evento de este año de los Game Awards de este año continúa dando información relevante y es que han compartido los nominados a todas las categorías de esta gala enfocada en el mundo de los videojuegos. El evento que tendrá lugar el próximo 8 de diciembre en el Microsoft Theater de Los Ángeles, anunció entre otras categorías, la más más ambicionada de todas el GOTY 2022 (Game of the year).
Ragnarok es el más nominado de los Game Awards
Los nominados a mejor juego del año para este año son A Plague Tale: Requiem, Elden Ring, God of War: Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Stray y Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Aunque también se han desvelado los nominados a todas las demás categorías, en las cuales, repiten muchos de los seleccionados para el GOTY. De todas ellas, resalta la secuela de Kratos y Atreus que tiene a sus espaldas hasta diez nominaciones y le siguen con siete nominaciones Elden Ring y Horizon Forbidden West.
Entre otros detalles desvelados recientemente, Geoff Keighley, creador y presentador del evento confirmó en una entrevista al medio de VideoGames.si, que este evento tendrá una duración más corta en relación a las anteriores. Por otro lado, también confirmó que habrá numerosos anuncios de juegos, en concreto habrá más de 50 videojuegos que se presentarán en el evento, algunos ya conocidos que aún no han salido y otros totalmente nuevos.
